Your REALTOR® Explains the Process

A REALTOR® will not take it for granted that you know all the ins and outs of the buying process. Instead, he or she will provide you with a detailed explanation of what to expect so you are fully informed throughout this complex decision-making process.

REALTORS® Assess Your Needs

One of the first questions a REALTOR® will ask is, ‘Why are you moving?’ A REALTOR® will also explore any time constraints you might have (perhaps imposed by the need to relocate for employment), your financial situation and any future plans.  They need a detailed picture of your wants and needs in order to serve you better.

     Prior to being a realtor, I attained a Bachelor’s Degree in Sociology and Mass Communication from York University and A diploma in Radio/TV from Seneca College. This explains my proven ability to connect well with my clients through proper communication and my capability in reaching a wider market of prospective clients. I am also CPR trained and a certified lifeguard who enjoys being of service to the community. With my knowledge of home structures and home systems, I can help sellers to increase the value of their properties and buyer in acquiring a perfect home with a good foundation, roof, and furnace.      Apart from real estate, I have a student pilot’s license and I’m currently studying Kung Fu.
